Today I would like to talk about John Williams, one of the most important soundtrack composers in the history of cinema. Williams nació en Nueva York el 8 de febrero de 1932 y desde pequeño se formó musicalmente.   Well, I was going through the huge amounts of photographs on my Drive to choose one. After a while I think this is my favorite. This photo interests me so much for the history of it, and also for the place where I found myself. More than a year ago, shortly before the damn quarantine spread throughout the world, me and my girlfriend traveled to Cusco, Peru,  t here we faced certain adverse climatic and environmental conditions and even though we were only a few days we made the most of it. In the photo we are in Machu Picchu, the quintessential tour of the region, however what I find interesting is that the particular place where we are is the entrance of the Inca's house. Here must have been a wooden door of the house of the leader of Machu Picchu, you can still see on the sides the holes to put the hinges and on it a ring to adjust it from above. If I had to choose my particular favorite food, it would be very difficult. I always say that my favorite lunch is the pastel de choclo, but still that answer does not convince me, since what I really like more than anything else are desserts.  The important thing about these desserts is that they have some specific ingredients that make me happy; white chocolate, cream cheese and certain fruits such as passion fruit, raspberries or strawberries. With that you can make a lot of different desserts. For this post I have decided to mention one that I love; it is a kind of cold dessert that my aunt made once and I usually eat it at Christmas or other summer holidays. The dessert consists of cream cheese, riccota cheese, and sugar, all beaten into a very thick ice cream-like paste. It is then placed in a plastic cup and placed in the freezer.
