POST 7 - How can your mayor make the world a better place

Wow, that's a really tough question, especially for an artist. Is there a way to answer this without sounding really cheesy? Haha!

I think that from the composition and from the arts in general what is delivered is a product for enjoyment and leisure, something that is often undervalued, but in an increasingly fast-paced, stressful and demanding world, it is requested in droves. I suppose that we artists are there to remind everyone that not everything has a specific meaning, that not everything is done for something, that the simple fact of imagining without reason, of arbitrarily meddling in other worlds is part of our essence as human beings.

The funny thing about this matter is that I think that artists have always done that. 

I think that if we invite people to create in any type of language, in this case music, we are giving them tools to give them freedom, to think, to imagine, for whatever it really is.

I suppose that my profession can serve for that, I don't think it will stop wars or build bridges, but it will surely make people's path much more pleasant.
